Pricing The price applicable is the product price including VAT at the time the order is given.
Shipping Shipping Additions are made after the weight and postal actual charges.
Payment You pay according to the instructions, with Visa or Mastercard.
Delivery For delivery of goods, we work with the Swedish Post. Normal delivery will be in your mailbox and larger orders to the nearest delivery point. We can not guarantee the delivery time which is approximate due to the order/product. During transport from the store to the customer, the store is responsible if goods are damaged or lost during transport. For transportation from customer to the store the customer bear responsibility if the goods are damaged or lost during transport.
Return Policy - Return in accordance with the Consumer law and the Law on distance contracts. You have full right of withdrawal within 14 days after you received the goods if the goods are in mint condition. If you want to return one or more products, you should contact our customer service at email@example.com. Please enter the order number and explain the problem, so we can more easily assist you. Send nothing without first having been in contact with us. Return postage is paid by the customer. When we received your return and had the opportunity to verify that the product is not damaged or used, we will send you a new product or repay the amount you paid for the goods to the account you specified. Shipping and handling fees are not refundable. The right of withdrawal is counted from the date your goods is delivered or when you receive notification that the consignment is ready for collection.
Complaints - Return Do you want to complain about a product, you should first contact our customer service at firstname.lastname@example.org. Please enter the order number and explain the problem, so we can more easily assist you. Send nothing without first having been in contact with us. Replacement will be sent free of charge. Have you paid and we can not replace the product, we do a refund to you when we received the defective product in return. In any dispute you turn to the Consumer Complaints Board. The shop follows the Board's recommendations.
Unclaimed consignments If you do not collect the delivered item, you will be liable to pay for shipping and handling for a total of 150 SEK.
